American Party of Labor admitted into ICMLPO

The American Party of Labor is proud and humbled to announce its promotion to full membership within the International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organizations (ICMLPO). The decision was made by a unanimous vote among the delegates of over 20 member organizations from around the world at the 2024 plenary of the Conference.

The APL was initially admitted under observer status in 2019. In the years since, our cadres have put in the diligent work of developing the revolutionary movement in the U.S., building the organizational structure of our Party, demonstrating consistent solidarity for the international working class, and rigorously adhering to the ideology and practices of Marxism-Leninism, refusing to bend to revisionist and opportunistic trends in the ongoing class war.

As a full member organization of the ICMLPO, our devotion to empowering the masses to liberate ourselves from capitalist oppression has never been stronger. Now is the time to redouble our efforts in our communities across the country, in the labor movement and in the struggles for all oppressed and working people. Our fight must span generations to ensure the ongoing victory of the proletariat, and the support of our international comrades is vital as we all struggle together to build working class power in every corner of the globe.
